Det er ogs\u00e5 usunt \u00e5 r\u00f8yke, snuse og drikke mye alkohol fordi disse tingene kan skade kroppen og gj\u00f8re oss syke. R\u00f8yking og snusing kan skade lungene og tennene, og \u00f8ker risikoen for kreft. Alkohol kan skade leveren og hjernen, og for mye alkohol kan f\u00f8re til avhengighet og andre alvorlige helseproblemer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Livsstilssykdommer<\/strong> er sykdommer vi kan f\u00e5 p\u00e5 grunn av m\u00e5ten vi lever p\u00e5. Eksempler p\u00e5 livsstilssykdommer er hjerte- og karsykdommer, type 2-diabetes, noen typer kreft, h\u00f8yt blodtrykk og overvekt. Disse sykdommene kan ofte forebygges ved \u00e5 ha en sunn livsstil fordi usunn mat, lite fysisk aktivitet, r\u00f8yking, snusing og mye alkoholbruk kan \u00f8ke risikoen for livsstilssykdommer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sunn livsstil handler alts\u00e5 om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re gode valg for b\u00e5de kroppen og den mentale helsen.
